WHAT SHOULD I CONSIDER BEFORE ORDERING MY SHIPMENT TO OR FROM THE UNITED STATES?
It is recommended that you place your order with origin or destination in the UK, at least 3 days in advance. In addition, you should have a series of documents ready so that the shipment can be carried out successfully and the customs process runs smoothly:
- DNI/NIE and passport.
- Document that proves the stay in the United States, such as a visa or authorisation to stay ESTA. An employment contract, housing contract or student certificate would also be valid.
- Airline tickets from origin to destination and not older than one year.
- Certificate of registration in Spain: Only in the event that your shipment originates in the United States It is not an essential document but it is recommended to help with the customs process.
- In addition, we will need you to have a list of contents ready to fill in documents that we will send you once you have confirmed your submission.
