HOW TO SEND A SNOWBOARD

If you are travelling to a snowy place and you want to carry your snowboard, don't worry! Here are some tips to know how to send your snowboard.

Do I need an additional insurance?

No, it is not necessary to hire an additional insurance an additional insurance to send your snowboard. However, we highly recommend you hiring it, in case yours is a high valued snowboard. If there is any incident during the shipment, the insurance will cover it. Look at our insurance section to now more.

Do I need any special packaging?

The answer: YES. In order to prepare your snowboard, cover it with bubble wrap and put it inside its case. The shipment won’t be possible if the snowboard is not inside its own case. As the board is inside the case, we recommend you covering it with plastic wrap and stick the label on it. And that’s all.

It is important cleaning thoroughly and remove any dirt, grass or other items if you are going to ship any sports equipment. Especially if your shipment’s destination or origin is a country subject to customs conditions, as they may have certain restrictions. This way we will try to avoid unnecessary delays in your shipment.

IMPORTANT: You just can send only ONE snowboard inside its case. It is needed billing all the snowboards that will be sent, as it is what the insurance will cover.
